Many places will be hosting supportive events at 10:10 am this coming World Mental Health Day 10.10.17. Couchology is one of them.
We all need a little mental health TLC once in a while, perhaps after a long week at work or when faced with a difficult conversation with someone we love.
Let’s get together to take a moment to consider the importance of our mental health and to do something small and simple for yourself that will go a long way. Drop by one of Couchology’s self-care sessions on mindfulness meditation this 10.10.
Three sessions starting 10 past the hour are available. Contact Couchology to select your choice session. Pre-event registration through our contact page is compulsory. This is not a walk-in event.

- 10.10.17 6:10 - 7:00 pm (Session 2)
- 10.10.17 8:10 - 9:00 pm (Session 3)
Please note that a session fee of KRW12,000 will be collected at the door. Privacy and confidentiality will be maintained for the session. Self-disclosure will not be required if you feel uncomfortable.
